October 22

Students:

Most of your analytical observations of critically thinking about art, especially by research and inferencing were fabulous!  Thank you!
(If you were not called on for presentations, and / or you were apart of the audience, then your credit will be your paper work and questions answered during presentations.  If you have been absent for more than two days, you will need to research art on your own.  Use the following outline below:

1)  Go to the Metropolitan Museum of Art and pick one art movement that you find interesting.
2)  From that time line, you will need to choose one art type.
3). In your notes, research credit line information.
4). Research art movement, and explain this art movement.
5). Identify art elements and principles and explain the affect of these
6). Identify the subject and content and explain.
7). Ask 3 questions about the art and / or to the artist.

All others, if you missing any of the above in your notes you may make up points accordingly.
